ON SEPTEMBER 26, THE JORGE MARÍN FOUNDATION, IN COLLABORATION WITH THE CENTER FOR INTEGRAL TRAINING FOR WOMEN (CEFIM), THE JAVIER MARÍN FOUNDATION, CEFIM JÓVENES, MUJER MEXICANA A. C. AND FUNDACIÓN COMPARTAMOS, WILL HOLD A TALK ON THE TOPIC OF ADDICTIONS. THE EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE MULTIFUNCTIONAL CENTER OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ACANCEH, IN MÉRIDA, YUCATAN, MEXICO, AND IS PLANNED TO RECEIVE APPROXIMATELY 800 PEOPLE, OF WHICH 735 WILL BE STUDENTS AND THE REST, TEACHERS.
THIS EVENT AIMS TO RAISE AWARENESS AND EDUCATE ATTENDEES ABOUT THE DANGERS OF ADDICTIONS, PROVIDING KEY INFORMATION TO PREVENT AND TREAT THIS PROBLEM THAT AFFECTS MANY YOUNG PEOPLE TODAY. DURING THE SESSION, EXPERTS ON THE SUBJECT WILL SHARE KNOWLEDGE AND STRATEGIES TO DEAL WITH THIS PROBLEM.
IN ADDITION TO THE TALK, A RAFFLE WILL BE ORGANIZED FOR ATTENDEES AND LUNCHES WILL BE OFFERED AS PART OF THE SCHEDULED ACTIVITIES. THE JORGE MARÍN FOUNDATION, TOGETHER WITH ITS COLLABORATORS, REAFFIRMS ITS COMMITMENT TO THE COMMUNITY AND YOUTH, PROMOTING INITIATIVES THAT ENCOURAGE WELL-BEING AND INTEGRAL HEALTH.
